Miami Heat '88

Having been granted expansion status in 1987 (along with the Magic, Hornets and Timberwolves), the Miami Heat hit the court for the first time on Saturday, November 5th against the LA Clippers.  Despite losing that first game, the Heat have since won 12 division titles, 5 conference titles and 3 championships.
