Despite the fact that he last threw a baseball in the Majors in 1993, Nolan Ryan’s unbelievable no-hitter and career strikeout records still stand: seven and 5,714 respectively, if you’re counting. Though the Ryan Express posted these once-in-a-lifetime numbers and won a World Series, the Texas native never won the Cy Young. Now that’s unbelievable.
